Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Same-day move-ins are not honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • Guests must provide identity authentication via AutoHost for GoodNight Stay. Name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification are required. If not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay may cancel the booking without penalty.

  • There is a gated community parking lot with one available spot per unit.
  • Multiple free street parking spots are available in front of the home.

  • Local residents (defined as guests whose primary residence is within two hours of the property) are not permitted to book.
